Policies
To schedule a lesson follow these steps:
1. Click "Book Now" under the course you choose;
2. Click "Check Next Availability" to choose your preferred time-slot and then click "Next";
3. Fill in the Booking Form and state your preferred communication method and User ID;
4. Click "Pay Now" to complete the payment process;
5. A Thank You page will appear to confirm your booking;
6. You will also receive an invoice to confirm your booking and payment via e-mail.
When scheduling a lesson, you are able to choose any of the following video conferencing platforms to take the class:
• Skype
• Microsoft Teams
• Google Meet
• Zoom
• WhatsApp
• WeChat
• FaceTime
• Lesson packages are offers tailored for different groups of clients, i.e. short-term, long-term and corporate clients.
• A lesson package is only valid for 12 months.
• You will have to schedule and take all of the lessons in a lesson package within 12 months.
• A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the lesson start time.
• You may cancel or reschedule the lesson 24 hours before the lesson start time.
• A full refund will be issued if the scheduled lesson is cancelled 24 hours before the lesson start time.
• No refund will be issued if you fail to attend the scheduled lesson.
• In any event, if you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule the lesson as soon as practicable.
